Western Rangers Zone Championships
When: December 15th & 16th 2018
Entries are now being accepted for the 2018/98 Zone Championships. Entries for this year’s championships are being accepted online.
Parents and athletes will have the opportunity to enter the championships directly via the zone website prior to the closing date.
The closing date for entries this year will be the __________________. After this date no new entries will be accepted.
As entries are accepted they will be added to an entrants list displayed on the zone website. This will be done on a regular basis. This will provide an opportunity for the parent and /or athlete to check their entry and make any changes.
After the closing date on the 29 October all entrants will have up until the 5 November to check their entry on the website and make any changes to events or a correction to their entry. After the 5 November, No changes to the entries will be accepted.
The Entries will be entered into the Meet Manager Carnival System. After the entries are entered they will undergo a series of checking for errors against the original submissions. Once this process has been completed the final entries will be distributed to centres and on the zone website.
Please note that in the event an error is identified between the entry list/program and the original submission, and not found in our checking process we will be happy to correct it. However, there will be no other changes made.
In the event that more than one entry is received for the same athlete we will endeavour to identify the correct entry. If we are unsuccessful we will assume the last entry we receive is correct.
