Rego Pack Collection Saturday 13th October 2018

At Panthers Leagues Club

Register & pay in full by Saturday 13th October to receive a $10 per child discount

Returning Members
1. Register online (all registrations are online no offline rego's accepted)
2. Collect all patches, uniforms etc. on Saturday 13th October at the Rego Patch Collection Day
3. Bring your registration papers with you to be finalised.
4. Bring payment for any required uniform.
 
NEW Members

5. Bring payment for uniform/s
 
Payment :  Efptos available (surcharges apply) or Cash for uniforms only - all registrations must be made online.
 
 
Consecutive 2 week Trial membership available all season
1. Register & pay online 
2. Bring your registration papers with you on your first Monday Club night.
If you choose TO continue with Athletics for you to compete on the next Monday night you will need to by Friday 12noon prior:
1. Complete your registration / payment balance online.
2. Bring your child proof of age, birth certificate, medical blue book
5. Bring payment for uniform/s
 
If you choose NOT to continue we thank you for trying our sport and hope to maybe have you again sometime in the future.

Your pack can be collected from the Canteen on Monday night between 4 - 4.45pm ONLY
Payment balance may also be processed at this point.

General Registration Information

We run age groups from Under 6-17’s boys and girls and Tiny Tots 4-5yrs, On occasions where practical and to aid in efficient programming some age groups may be run together.

All Athletes MUST compete in their designated age group. This is in accordance with Little Athletics NSW competition rules.

 

Registration Fees (no additional weekly fees apply):

Tiny tots:

Early bird special: $80 

Standard Fee: $90 (after 13th October) 

 

6-17yrs 

Early bird special: $95

Standard Fee: $105 (after 13th October)

 
#Trial 2wk Membership $20.00
( #this trial fee will then be deducted if you chose to stay, uniform purchase not required during trial periods)
 
 
Uniform
All Children must wear a Club shirt. If you don’t have a current uniform you will need to purchase the following item/s which will be available during your online registration process or Registration/Collection Day. It is advised that you do this early in the day as some popular sizes do sell out and we can’t guarantee availability before season starts. 
 
Uniform orders need to be emailed to the club    bathurstathletics@gmail.com    by Friday 12noon to ensure they are available to collect on a Monday. Please ensure the email includes name, age group, uniform style, size and contact information.
 
Tiny Tots: Club TT shirt $25.00, plain black bike pants or shorts (no logos)
Unisex:     6-17yrs; Club Singlet top, Short sleeve shirt @ $40.00 each
Girls:         6-17yrs; Club crop top, bike pants @ $40.00 each
 
Both Boys and Girls are welcome to buy and wear plain black bike pants or shorts, however please ensure there are NO LOGOS
